About Us

Cy’s background is in business strategy and project management. His experience includes strategic management and organisational planning for large and emerging companies. Cy has a heritage of project management and facilitation for large scale construction and infrastructure developments in Australia. Cy is a former founding director of a boutique strategy and advisory firm AES Consulting, and strategic corporate advisor with Freehills, one of Australia’s largest and most respected law firms.

Cy is a former member of the national rowing team, Commonwealth and world champion. He is an award winning academic with a Bachelor of Commerce focusing on strategy and finance.

Dwade’s background is in business strategy and corporate relations. His consulting experience includes strategic management and marketing and organisational development. As a former founding director of a boutique strategy and advisory firm, AES Consulting, and strategic corporate advisor with Freehills, one of Australia’s largest and most respected law firms, Dwade has previously consulted for publicly listed companies in the technology sector and acted as a corporate affairs executive for an international space launch consortium.

Dwade is a former member of the national swimming team, Commonwealth and world champion. He is an award winning academic with a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) focusing on corporate law.

Tony Lovett is the principal accountant for Australian Taxation Services and has more than 40 years experience in providing tax content, commentary and advice for leading industry publications.

As the former editor for a leading tax newsletter and associated publication, he is the author of ‘You be the Judge’, a publication dealing with management accounting for the farming sector. Tony is a fellow of CPA Australia and the Chartered Institute of Secretaries, a member of the Taxation Institute of Australia, The National Tax and Accounting Association and the Taxpayer’s Association. As a registered tax agent, company auditor and liquidator, he has over 45 year’s experience in owning and operating accounting practices.
